First noticed on the socials this morning that there were power outages in that area from folks I know in Carthage, and one of the weather and other Central NC alerts outlets. Saw something about substations would have to be repaired. Didn’t think much of it.
Then I started noticing posts like this.
x For those wondering how serious the terrorist attack in Moore County, NC is: when we left Southern Pines there was no working cell towers or internet, even for our phones.
