Happy Eastern Orthodox Thanksgiving!
I’m on the road today, and things were just a little too hectic at KITM World HQ during the Western Orthodox Thanksgiving holiday to record something fresh and new. But I know you sometimes like to have company, and even enjoy a bit of wistful nostalgia.
So, in keeping with the national tradition of consuming leftovers, here’s our November 27, 2020 episode, featuring an appearance by Armando!
Why November 27, 2020 instead of November 25, 2021?
Well, you may recall that last year, we read a story that quoted and debunked some particularly stupid COVID denialism, and then some particularly stupid YouTube algorithm flagged and took down our episode… for COVID denialism.
Two appeals later, they did eventually restore that episode. But I’d bet a significant amount of money that if we re-ran the episode, YouTube would take it down all over again. And count it as a second offense, to boot!
Besides… Armando! Given that, the real question is why we ever considered a different episode in the first place!
