With 50 seats firmly in hand we have a tie-breaker based majority. With 51, whatever power-sharing arrangements that exist between Schumer and McConnell disappear.

And with that, McConnell enters the dome of a thousand knives, okay 40 some.

That might even drive him to an early resignation, he has 4 more years in his term.

The entertainment value of the internecine fighting will be a huge sideshow that will show America what the Republican Party is truly made of and driven by.

There are 33 seats up next in 2024, 21 D, 10R plus King and Sanders.

Let the GA Republicans give up on Herschel, run through the tape for Raphael.
