What If the Democrats Turned the Elephant in the DNC Boardroom into their Ace-in-the-Hole? [1]

Evidently, I live a world that sees the entire political status quo in a far different light than the eyes at the DNC. MSNBC too. How can both not see that the Dems can make one symbolic change that would show voters both parties that they have the back of, "we the people?"
My first ever little political rant morphed into something that almost comes across like a political documentary at times. I did not do this to make any friends or enemies. I just began getting increasingly annoyed at how the mainstream news outlets like MSNBC, CNN, and Fox have never alluded to what I see as the “Elephant-in-the-Room,” for the Democrats, for many of us. I had to get what I feel, out of my system.
I do avow in my video three times, I am voting BLUE on this midterm, so I hope that Democrats really do see my words for what they are: Sound Advice for the DNC, going forward in 2024 to attract younger voters.
I called it:

I don't expect the DNC and/or MSNBC to watch my rant or take my advice, but I do stand by my "sound connect-the-dot reasoning," to both of them, that what I am alluding to is an ongoing and growing problem.
Sometimes, an outsider, like like a mid-60s progressive latino small business owner (forgotten Demographic?) that lives in the heart of deep rural red county, can offer an outsider perspective that maybe the mainstream Dems or the DNC ilk either do not see, or do not want to see, or hear.
Also, I am curious if or how my words here will hold up in twenty years.
Yeah, it is long, pick any random minute to watch.
This was hard for me to watch too. But it was honest, based on my real life experience and issues that really affect me.
