US Covid deaths: 1,098,000.
80% are from adults over the age of 65. More than 90% are unvaccinated individuals. The choice to vaccine or not, along with masking and other non-pharmaceutical interventions, were largely personal decisions. And these decisions largely fell along political lines, of all things.
So let’s say 100M GOP voters and 100M Dem voters roughly. 86% of Dems got vaxxed versus 63% R’s, that’s 23M more Dems (37 to 14) that are vaxxed versus unvaxxed. 23M voluntarily unvaxxed Gropers. Now, the people who die are usually older, and the people who are vehemently political are more likely to drink the QAnon MAGAt koolaid and be unvaxxed. SO remember math in high school? That’s like X * Y = Z.
The probability of an older, white, super-QAnon freak voting is near 100%. If they’re dead its 0%, except for some surviving QAnon nutcase spouses that illegally mail in their ballot anyways. Remember: all GOP are cheaters, at some level. That’s why they adore adultering Trump so vehemently and violently. He represents them. It’s their very identity.
But back to statistics. [punches the 10-key diligently for 15 minutes] so that’s a 300,000 Dem vote lead currently — yeah, that’s COVID and that’s a macabre (pronounced MA-COB) fact. I don’t celebrate this by any reasonable stretch of thought and coincidence. In fact, I find it sad. But I will also say: Actions have consequences.
I’m on the wine this weekend so ___________ (expletive deleted) off. It is what it is. And it’ll be Karnacki all night Tuesday as the wave rolls in. Charge the paddles. I’ll watch the Blue Wave roll in this embodiment.
