If you read the wonderfully researched diaries posted on Dailykos about the war in Ukraine, you would rightfully assume that the Russian military is so hopelessly inept and corrupt that Putin can never win. And if Putin were simply depending on his military, you would be right.

However, you are wrong…because Putin is not depending on his decrepit military machine. That would be stupid and Putin is anything but stupid. No. Putin is depending on you to win in Ukraine. He’s depending on your laxity, dejection, despair, laziness, whatever you want to call it, to get democrats elected to Congress.

Putin wants Republicans to take over Congress because he knows that Trump will order them to defund Ukraine. At that point, Putin wins.

If you want Putin to lose, you need to get out the vote. Have you voted? Good! Have you talked your Democratic leaning friends, neighbors, and relatives into voting? Have you knocked doors for your favorite candidate
