Oil Companies and Gas Stations do their part to support the GOP [1]

At least here in my city.
On 2 November gas was $3.39-$3.49 a gallon around town. Early voting starts today.
The stations across the city on the 3rd hiked the price to $3.99 to $4.05 a gallon. Today some stations are posting $4.10 a gallon.
No reason for this. No spike in oil prices, no disruption of production, no new war.
The only reason for the hike is to get people to vote Red.
Gas Station owners have been gouging drivers and oil companies are worried about record profits not setting records next year.
Time to slap a windfall profit tax on oil and other companies now over the objection of the GOP.
