ProPublica: Ken Paxton Has Been “Investigating” Poll Workers [1]

ProPublica is reporting that Texas’ insurrectionist attorney general, Ken Paxton, has been “investigating” poll workers for alleged voter fraud in the 2020 election, and that Paxton tried to bring bogus indictments. I’ll let you read the story yourselves, but I will say this: As someone who grew up watching Disney cartoons and whose parents met at a Star Trek event, I find right-wing lawyers like Ken Paxton unworthy of representing either a Disney Princess character or Star Trek’s United Federation of Planets in judicial proceedings, and certainly not worthy of representing any Starfleet officer serving aboard any Federation starship named “Enterprise” with an NCC-1701 registry. But then again, Disney and Star Trek are probably “woke” to Paxton.
