Lets connect the dots relative to Russia's "Dirty Bomb" claim. If Russia Blows up the massive dam on the Dnipro River then, the water level in the reservoir behind the damn will fall dramatically. One key thing this reservoir is used for is to provide cooling water for the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant. If the water isn't available for this plant then, the probability of one of the nuclear power generation reactors (I think the site has 4 of them) overheating resulting in meltdown increases substantially. Having a nuclear reactor meltdown could lead to a release of radioactive material or in "Russian speak" a dirty bomb. If this occurs there is only one party to blame; Russia.
