My Local Police are Fascists, Every One of Them [1]

I got home from work just now and found a brochure from the local police endorsing the extremist Republican state Senate candidate, Shawn Dooley. It says the officers voted unanimously to endorse him, and that this is the first time in history they’ve ever made a political endorsement. The brochure also notes that the incumbent Democrat, Rebecca Rausch, is a resident of my town.

Why did they do this? It only says their endorsement is “based upon Shawn’s proven track record supporting law enforcement”, with no further explanation given.

I was already in a bad mood when I left work. This just makes me furious. I want their fscking union broken. They can go to fscking Texas for all I care.
