Another careless smoker starts a massive fire in Russia [1]

Ya know, they really need to do something about all these careless smokers in Russia.

Like maybe the Russian Army could provide each soldier with some Nicorette. Or maybe instead of stealing washing machines, they could send home some looted ashtrays.

This fire quickly spread to more than 6,000 square meters. The smoke is incredible.

And there is no telling exactly what was in this plant. Not sure why this image is deemed sensitive.
