Breaking: Clarence Thomas Freezes Order for Lindsey Graham to Testify [1]

I hate to use the term Breaking in a headline, but this really is just hot off the intertubes as of a few minutes ago, to the point where the CNN has only a couple sentences with a note that the story will be updated.

Anyway, CNN is reporting the following:

Justice Clarence Thomas on Monday agreed to temporarily freeze a lower court order requiring the testimony of Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham in front of an Atlanta-area special grand jury that is investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election in the state.

And that’s it. That’s all we know as of my writing this.
