Regarding Trends, Polls and Being Kind [1]

A lot of us need to calm down. We have a little over two weeks until election night. Any sane person should know that anything can happen
But we don't act sane, sometimes
We have the "everything is diamonds and caviar" crowd. How can you not see how well it is going!
We have the "kill me now" crowd. How can you not see how awful it is going!
or
"I'm keeping out of this shit show". We love you most. Keep up the great work.
I get it. I get those feelings that make people want to be super positive. There are some very positive trends that speak to this possibility. And I get how that just makes the negative crowd double-down in a negative feedback loop
I also get the negativity. We've had some bad times but we've had some horrible times too (SWC). The MSM and pollsters present negative trends that worry many about this possibility. I get why it sounds so depressing to the positive crowd.
And I completely get the desire to make posts of either joy or despair. It's human nature.
I don't know how this plays out. None of us do.
But if you are 100% positive we are going to win, then you don't need to crap on those that post negatively. Just move on and let them have their freedom of speech.
And if you are 100% positive we are doomed to failure again, then you don't need to crap on those that post positively. Let them have hope for God’s sake.
Try to count to 10 before you go off on somebody who posts against your opinion on this. If we can't understand such a minor riff, how can we hope to reach further to people who don't see what we offer as a party?
We are on the same side. We are just dealing with a very precarious time differently. Try to find some understanding and kindness for the other side on this. Or at least walk away from the keyboard.
Nobody is feeling elated or deflated to harm anybody else. They are just feeling that way due to a different interpretation
And if you can't, come here and yell at the idiot who wrote this article. He sucks ass and deserves it.
