The 2022 Mid-terms: Wall Street vs. Main Street, Green Light vs Red Light [1]

$ 1.6 billion — That’s the amount that Leonard Leo, the chairman of the Federalist Society donated to the GOP, according to an article in the “New York Times.”
In addition, various dark money SuperPacs are donating hundreds of millions of dollars to Republican candidates, according to the organization, Open Secrets.
All of these donations come directly or indirectly from Wall Street. These corporations pass the cost of these contributions to you, in the form of higher prices. I'd suggest that these dark money contributions are one of the reasons for the inflation that has become the major Republican “talking point.”
Republican candidates love to blame Biden for this inflation, even though they are picking your pocket every time they accept dark money campaign contributions, and every time you buy gasoline or groceries.
So remember this when you go to the polls.
-If you vote for Republican candidates, you will give them a green light to give the rich a massive tax cut.
-If you vote for Republican candidates, you will give them a green light to slash or even to eliminate Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and even FEMA.
-If you vote for Republican candidates, you will give them a green light to eliminate all price caps for life-saving medications and for insulin. The Republicans, whom you send to Congress, will receive massive kickbacks from the higher prices you pay for these vital, life-saving medicines.
-If you vote for Republican candidates, you will give them a green light to poison the air and your drinking water with toxic chemicals, which will endanger your health and your life. You will give them a green light to ignore the dangers of man-made climate change, and even to shut down NOAA, which warns about extreme weather disaster, like hurricanes, tornadoes and floods.
-If you vote for Republican candidates, you will even give them a green light to eliminate the $ 3.1 billion worth of debt relief for farmers. Without this loan relief, thouands of farmers will lose their farms.
Remember, too, that if Republicans don't get their way, they will shut down the government and wreck the economy. The current rate of inflation will soar. I will point out that Hungary currently has an inflation rate of 18%, and Hungary's “illiberal”, kleptocratic dictator was a featured speaker at a recent CPAC conference in Dallas Texas.
The mid-terms are really a battle between Wall Street and Main Street. If Republicans with the mid-terms, Wall Street wins — "bigly.”
