The Russian hacked files STILL won't open apparently - this is not acceptable to me at all. [1]

As of three hours ago this is the last message about getting into those hacked Russian files — So what does this mean??

rsync: [Receiver] failed to connect to rcezeod647cllxdt6qkex3kcckaly76abaicnlknpssu74ukgoubspyd.onion (23.200.237.230): Connection refused (111) rsync: [Receiver] failed to connect to rcezeod647cllxdt6qkex3kcckaly76abaicnlknpssu74ukgoubspyd.onion (23.60.91.230): Resource temporarily unavailable (11) rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(137) [Receiver=3.2.3] Does anyone have an update on the status of this server? Looks like its configured not to have the rsync active.

Other people there are saying they changed the password (you’ll see if you look that the user and password are the same to get to the actual file - HPA) — is that the problem?

I did talk to my computer guy and said I could hit the link in the article so I took an old computer and I did. It really just goes to Pastebin and from there you get the actual link to get to the files. It is a series of people getting different error messages over there. Like I said the above message was the last one. This goes directly to pastebin messages — pastebin.com/...

How fucking hard can this be to get in there! Those people seem to know what they are talking about there — and they are having problems with this deal. It is going to be hard enough since this is all going to be in Russian and in a gazillion files, maybe or maybe not in some searchable way.

They are basically shitting on pastebin to fix this and I think they are trying to do that. Sure don’t think there is something nefarious going on here so what is their fucking problem!!

I really think there is going to be a good insight in this crap into Russian national security issues — like a once in a lifetime opportunity to really see their national defense model, like the most sensitive infrastructure, cyber operations strategies, internal political issues — like what are their weaknesses. All in the open. I am sure not looking for some political things there — more like does this compromise Russian national security. Cause it might. Guarantee you this stuff is going to get treated by my old military school like a gold mine. Some of my professors do speak Russian, too.

And I can’t believe that this is getting all hung up by some computer fuck-up! Until this gets fucking opened up there is not going to be analysts digging thru it. And that newspaper that has this may have the files but I am sure not the capability to properly analyze them. SO I think it is a good idea to email Dr Smart and get him to fix this. He is the guy that has written these articles and posted the link. Here is his email — if you are thinking about this like I do, let him know about it
