Time to hit it again.

Repairs have begun on the Kerch Bridge between Crimea and Russia.

I have no idea how long it’ll take to fix it, but I have no doubt that it’ll be a rush job and you’d be taking your life into your hands to cross it.

x Repairs have begun on the Kerch Straight Bridge. They are starting by demolishing and removing the segment furthest from the blast with the help of a floating crane. pic.twitter.com/7b9JmDcJZM — Oliver Alexander (@OAlexanderDK) October 12, 2022

Wobbly Schmobbly. Just drive on over and quit whining.

x New photos of Crimean bridge were published. It’s visible that the second road is a bit wobbly 🤏 pic.twitter.com/vyIvvo3abP — Special Kherson Cat 🐈🇺🇦 (@bayraktar_1love) October 12, 2022

This might take longer than anticipated. But, hey, solid load-bearing piers are highly overrated.

Meanwhile, Russia is making shit up about the truck that is believed to have delivered the bomb.

x Russia has released what it claims are the x-ray images of the truck suspected of carrying the bomb that blew up the Kerch Strait Bridge.

According to the cargo manifest they also released it was carrying rolls of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene edge banding pic.twitter.com/LH9l48TaI5 — Oliver Alexander (@OAlexanderDK) October 12, 2022

x They needed an X-ray and Bill of Lading from a similar truck to hide their incompetence and the overall lavt of security checks at the bridge.

They then just seem to have picked this one at random to share as "proof" and hoped no one paid to close attention to the details — Oliver Alexander (@OAlexanderDK) October 12, 2022

Hmmm. Maybe this is why they are so anxious to start repairs:
