Sen. Tommy Tuberville goes über-racist at Trump's latest Loser-Palooza rally [1]

Tommy Tuberville, one of two U.S. senators, along with Ron Johnson, whose surname accurately describes the contents of his head, has put away the racist dog whistles and trotted out the white-power piccolo. Next thing you know, he’ll be ahooga-ing the Hitler car horn of Aryan supremacy—just as soon as Dr. Oz is done with it, anyway.
Maybe they need to put more conspicuous “on-air” lights on these cameras so Tuberville knows when it’s safe to toss his racist chum to the rabble. He appears to forget that there are millions of people in this country who are still appalled by this kind of thing.
At Trump’s latest Loser-Palooza rally in Nevada on Saturday, Tuberville, who represents Alabama, showed up for some reason and helpfully reminded everyone that the GOP remains the party of perpetual white grievance. Stumping for GOP Senate candidate Adam Laxalt and gubernatorial hopeful Joe Lombardo, Tuberville got into quite a lather and appeared to forget himself. And where he was. And the fact that the media were recording this. And the past 500 years of brutal suppression and exploitation of Black Americans, for that matter.
