sunrise over Puget Sound Mt Ranier is majestic

Janie and I went North to see her family, and take a trip to Leavenworth WA.

Her brother and SIL have a lovely place. i mentioned the death last week. Fall is coming slowly.

We went East from Seattle on I-90. The Northern pass was closed due to fire, and it ruined our trip.

We went up and over Snoqualmie Pass, dropped down to Cle Elum, and went NW to Leavenworth. When we got over the pass the smoke got bad. By the time we got to Leavenworth I was nauseous. We stayed the next day and night, then got out of there Thursday.

We went up the Wenatchee River to Wenatchee Lake.
