Is just happening right now I think since that report is maybe two hours old looks like — it does not say how many but it must be more than a few if they blocked off the city center in Moscow. They are arresting their own soldiers here.
If you guys know more about this please chime in. Like- how serious is this? It sure ain’t good news for Putin — safe to say. I mean like — what soldiers are getting arrested here — conscripts or regulars or both? And how many? Why did they have to block off the city center?
This may or may not be really serious here — but it is happening to one extent or another.
