I’m reading the local paper and there is a full-page ad for changes to the PA state constitution. One part will eliminate the right to abortion Its opening words are “This constitution does not grant the right to taxpayer funded abortion or any other right relating to abortion”

The next part relates to election it has all of usual GQP BS, but one-part sticks out. Now maybe I’m misunderstanding this, but it looks like they are trying to change the voting age from 18 to 21. It says, ‘Every citizen 21 years of age possessing the following qualifications shall be entitled to vote at all elections” Followed by a list of requirements. The current voting age in PA is 18 and it does not use that age in the wording!

Any through on this and what it is trying to do. I hope the link works
