This is a major attack,and reprisal from Russia,backed by Saudi Arabia, on the West, from OPEC. It will drive up Oil and fuel prices drastically, and may cause a weakening of many western countries resolve to help Ukraine. President Biden has been negotating with OPEC Countries, to not cut Production.And President biden warned OPEC that cutting production at this time would be an International disaster. At this time it seems possible that Russia and Saudi Arabia have possibly strong armed this cut in order to increase Russias Oil Revenues, and strengthen Russias position agains the energy dependent European Countries. Gas prices will inevitably rise right before our Midterm! A massive gift to the Putin influenced Republican Party.
