The plaintiff just keeps losing in the 11th Circuit. They wanted oral arguments next year. Full appeal of the special master order is now expedited.

On edit, given the questions arising in the comments, some background discussion. An 11th Circuit order stayed requiring the government to submit documents marked classified to the special master for review, judge Cannon amended her order vacating that provision and making that 11th Circuit order moot and Cannon ordered new provisions micro-managing and overruling the special master, then DoJ moved to appeal in expedited fashion.
