Then, on the rest of the menu, a California high school football team forfeited the rest of the season after players staged a ‘slave auction’ with three black students in their underwear; an Arizona clinic has a workaround for the state’s abortion pill ban; and, Georgia prosecutor Fani Willis seeking search warrants in the Trump election fraud case, is sure a sign that the wide-ranging probe has entered a new phase.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where North Korea fired a ballistic missile over Japan, causing officials to issue a rare evacuation order for the northern region prefectures; and, the Russian journalist who made international headlines after protesting the war in Ukraine live on state television, has escaped house arrest and fled with her 11-year-old daughter.
