Wonder if they were stolen or never produced at all. Either way that is about 300 million dollars worth of shit that disappeared if they are right — and I think they are pretty reputable.

I guess it does not matter much since they were not going to be able to get them forward anyway.

Got to hand it to the Russians — they can steal anything that’s not nailed down. Oh wait — they can steal that shit too. They may suck at war but they are really good stealing shit.
