We need to replace our current Wi-Fi router, and have tried and tried again -- so far we've returned two routers. Pictured above is our most recent purchase, but we always have the same impossible problems.
This part written by my wife:
The app is downloaded to the cell phone. The cables are attached to the router and modem and following along, all seems well and tells me we are connected to wifi. Our problem: we're NOT CONNECTED to the internet; this applies to cell phone, iPad and chrome book.

What are we missing, or doing wrong?
