Rubio did not show up for vote to give Florida Federal money in response to Ian [1]

I have not see this here before. Marco Rubio did not show up for a vote to give Federal funds for rebuilding Florida after Ian. Rick Scott voted NO (but he is not up for re-election this year. The Tallahassee Democrat led with the letter they wrote asking for funds and buried the lead (of course). But Rubio did not show up to help support voting for the money. The Democrats need to blanket the state with commercials about this (don’t give me crap about the need to wait, the Republicans would not wait a New York minute). To do anything else would be political malpractice. All it has to be is pictures of the tragedy and devastation of Ian overlaid with the fact that Rubio refused to show up to vote for money that would bring relief.
