Do you know anyone who goes to SUNY Stony Brook, Binghamton, New Paltz, Oneonta?

Or Cornell, Vassar, Hofstra, Bard? Suffolk, Broome or Orange County Community College? Or other NY colleges?

Below is a list of the eight close Districts in New York and the colleges within each District. I am working with the College Democrats of New York and certain of the campaigns on recruiting students at as many of the schools as possible to work on registration in the next two weeks and on turnout through November 8.

We Noo Yawkehs are used to not mattering in Presidential and Senate elections. But this year, thanks in part to Andrew Cuomo-appointed Republican Judges on the NY State Court of Appeals (there is no limit to the man’s rancid legacy), there are eight races deemed toss-up or only lean one way or another. Pat Ryan’s NY-19 victory in the August 23 Special Election was further evidence of the power of young people
