Dear Sam,
Just so we are on the same page, I will quote what you said:
“It goes without saying that everyone is free to express disagreement with our decisions and to criticize our reasoning as they see fit,” Alito told The Wall Street Journal on Tuesday. “But saying or implying that the court is becoming an illegitimate institution or questioning our integrity crosses an important line.”
What a word. Integrity. Notable in these difficult times by its absence, more often than not. When the GQP or its Federalist judges are involved, make that AWOL almost always.
INTEGRITY:
noun
- adherence to moral and ethical principles;
- soundness of moral character; honesty.
- the state of being whole, entire, or undiminished: to preserve the integrity of the empire.
- a sound, unimpaired, or perfect condition: the integrity of a ship's hull.
Let’s take this one by one.
adherence to moral and ethical principles;
Moral and Ethical principles. A bit presumptuous, don't you think? It presumes that one had those personality facets to begin with. Just last year, one of your partners in robes asked (out loud),
“Will this institution survive the stench that this creates in the public perception that the Constitution and its reading are just political acts?I don’t see how it is possible.” Justice Sotomayor — during Dobbs oral arguments
Frankly, any evidence that you have moral and ethical principles is most obvious by its painful lack of presence. What you adhere to is a sick, illogical and unsupportable collection of anti-federal, concrete (in ideation terms) unworkable and inappropriate philosophies, followers of which would probably admire the Right’s most beloved hypocrite, Ayn Rand. Forget logic, empathy, a sense of humanity and a continuous support of precedent, especially when the precedent creates, enforces, enlarges and protects individual rights and provides a wanted benefit for the majority of the country. But no, religious idiocy is far more important to you.

Let’s look at your court’s soundness of character. A frat boy alcoholic rapist, a stony faced, nasty, ill-tempered ass who supports his spouse’s efforts to overturn a national election, and a quorum that was created by deceit and unethical behavior (Thanks, Mitch). Not exactly a cauldron of ethics, morality or honest, doncha think, Sam? To the contrary, several of your cohorts are notable for being liars and scum. And you wonder why we don’t trust or believe you folks?

Instead of the “integrity” of the empire, let’s limit this to the “integrity of the judiciary.” What you folks did in Dobbs , is being whole inappropriate and unsupportable. Since the early days of the Newt and his attack on federal governmental authority and purpose, there was an ill-conceived marriage of some, mainly radical and inane Republicans and the laughably named “Moral Majority,” a collection of biased, racist, nationalists who are about as far from the Christ and christian ideals they claim to support as is possible on this flat earth. 50 years of planning and plotting, of seeding judicial nominees with Federalist scum, with cheating and lying, Gerrymandering and corrupting the various states have finally come to the intended end — religious takeover of the courts — in a secular nation.
Yes, in one way, you have achieved the state of being whole, except in reality, it is about how uniformly wrong your court has become and how it tarnishes and diminishes the entire federal judiciary. Much of the damage you and yours have caused was intentional and by design, the idea that you cannot even understand the damage you caused to the reputation, power, and the respect the Supreme Court commands is scary.

Sound? Not your leaky ship. (Including unethical leaks of briefs/decisions for maximum political impact) Unimpaired? Do you give Breathalyzer tests to one of your members? Perfect condition? Not hardly. It might be considered a perfect mess, however.
What I find fascinating is how willing you are to put blinders on and delude yourself. Something the Federalists training you probably did early on in your career. You are as delusional as those MAGATs who honestly believe the January 6 was caused by liberal Antifa folks.
What bothers me is what is still on your plate. The EPA may be destroyed, just as the worst impacts of global climate change are seen on both coasts, from incredible droughts, to a Cat.5 himacane. An Ianic storm, indeed. I just hope no Trumpian cases come before you now. I shudder to think what machinations and Twister-based positions you folks will take, just to destroy other parts of our federal scheme that actually help people and keep them safe.
Here are my predictions for the next steps:
a) Requiring that any woman who is pregnant be married. Married to a male, that is. Only married women will be legally permitted to get pregnant.
b) banning abortions federally. The GQP is already making its case for this.
c) banning contraceptives. Only GOD can decide who gets pregnant, not those people who engage in illegal out of wedlock sex.
d) creating Vagina police. If pregnant, you will bd examined to insure the health of that future republican.
e) ensuring free supplies of Viagra for conservative males, especially the top political leaders and religious leaders of almost every christianist-based institution.
Mr. Alito, I am proud to award you the latest award which you clearly earned — sAint of the Church of Ineffable Stupidity. Sarah Palin was the last big time winner, but compared to you, she had no chance.
