Felony murder is on the table for Trump and his cabal, according to MSNBC guest Jim Walden.

On Friday, Sept. 23, MSNBC’s Alex Wagner hosted former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Jim Walden, who presented what he thinks is the RICO case that Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice is most likely investigating and building against the former guy and his clown car of co-consipirators.

Originally enacted to pursue organized crime figures, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act was signed into law by former criminal President Richard Nixon in 1970. The Act allows prosecutors to brings charges against multiple individuals for acting in coordination to violate U.S. law.

Wagner displayed Walden’s “spoke-and-hub” diagram that shows a “hub” of 11 individuals, including DJT, Roger Stone, Mark Meadows, Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, James P. Waldron, John Eastman, Jeffrey Clark, Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, and Mike Lindell, surrounded by 10 potential crimes, including insurrection, witness tampering, fundraising fraud, money laundering, obstruction of Congress, and FELONY MURDER.

Walden explains the common legal tenet that if a death occurs as the result of or during the commission of a felony, that death is considered murder. His diagram lists the deaths of former U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick and rioter Rosanne Boyland as the deaths. Those deaths are attributable to the violence of the January 6 insurrection.

He also includes the charge of conspiracy to commit murder, in relation to former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence.

Walden described how he believes that Garland and the DOJ will not likely bring a series of multiple indictments against DJT and that this one major case, with multiple criminal counts, will be the more likely result. He also said he believes that the Mar-a-Lago-related documents case will not likely result in criminal charges against Trump because it would be harder to prosecute.
