After his decision to mobilize Russian conscripts and threaten the use of nuclear weapons Putin has made it very clear he will never admit defeat. If he is going down he will take everyone around him down as well. In this case that means the entire county of Russia. The country could be set back a hundred years but he will never concede.
That explains why he and Trump are such best buddies. They think alike. Both have no concern for anyone but themselves. Everyone else is insignificant and expendable.
The solution in both cases rests with the people. They must rise up and throw out these corrupt leaders. In America we have strong institutions that are rising up to move us in the right direction. But God help the Russian people. They are good people, but it will take a powerful and determined effort to overcome the systemic forces aligned against them. And if they ever do prevail their country will be a shambles , especially economically.
The only solution to the Ukraine War is for Putin to be gone. Russia, it is up to you.
