I was right by the way — the Russian surface fleet is hiding behind Crimea. And I am sure he is right in saying that a Ukrainian victory is pretty certain (probably should be a little more reserved I think). One other thing — he covers it pretty quickly but you can see how the Russians are trapped on the wrong side of that river toward Kherson. They will end up surrendering — at least running for their lives and abandoning all their equipment. I think that is coming pretty soon. Their supplies have been turned into a drizzle for some weeks now.
He thinks Crimea will fall early next year but also that Ukraine will be able to get back to their 2/23 borders this year. You kind of get a glimpse of the dilemma Russia faces in Crimea.
Anyway - worth the 10 minutes. He was a really good general officer and he sure says what he means. I really think most or all of our general officers think about the same — he is just real outspoken about it.
