When will DOJ file appeal? [1]

Does anyone have any info on when the appeal will be filed. Can they ask for an immediate injunction against the restrictions on reviewing files per the case against dumpf?

How long will the 11th circuit take to rule after filing?

If 11th drops the ball will it go to DC or Supreme?

I thought they would appeal by today or Monday at the latest.
