This year, the most watched primary election in Delaware is an unlikely one: The auditor’s race. Incumbent Kathy McGuiness, who was the first statewide elected official to be charged and found guilty of crimes while in office earlier this summer, is facing Democratic challenger Lydia York. Unlike McGuiness, York has the support of the Delaware Democratic Party.

The other notable races are among several General Assembly lawmakers, many of whom are being challenged for the first time in years.
