Once an Army starts to collapse it’s hard to turn it around, as evidenced not only by the collapse of the front in Kharkiv Oblast and Luhansk, but now the same might be going on in Kherson.

Of course, how significant this is depends largely on how many units are trying to surrender. It could be a pittance or it could mean the collapse of the Kherson front.
