Good morning, cafe! As summer ends and autumn is getting ready to take her place, let us mellow out on a Sunday morning.
It’s been a truly busy news week, so I’m leaving all that behind and just going with whatever else I find to amuse and entertain us.
Oh. And please feel free to include your own ideas, music, whatevers!
All are welcome to join the fun, the silliness, the conversations. If you don’t know...just ask! Some things really do require a bit of explanation. There will be a few surprises along the way, all good ones, we hope. We are here to keep building the Daily Kos Community. We post Mon-Sun at 10:30 a.m. Eastern. Pie fights will be met with outrageous ridicule and insults. Trolls will be incinerated and served at the next group BBQ. As briquettes.

One of the expressions we always used in my family was, “Happy as a mud lark .” I had no idea what they looked like, I just knew they sounded like great fun!
