How Do We Stop Lawbreaking Federal Judges like Judge Aileen Cannon? [1]

Let's pray Biden and Senate Democrats step-up their game and nominate/confirm more Federal Judges!

Let this sink in for a moment:

Four sitting Supreme Court judges deliberately misrepresented their position on abortion, under oath, before Congress! That makes these congressional hearings an absolute joke. Why bother if you’re gonna bullshit your way through them. All they are for is political cover so conservative Democrats and so-called moderate Republicans can vote for extremist judges who won’t hesitate to tell you what you want to hear. What makes matters worse, after four times, don’t you think everyone in the Senate knows conservative Supreme Court judges are all full of crap?

Now lets turn to Judge Aileen Cannon. Her decision allowing Trump a “Special Master” will go down in history as one of the worst decisions ever made by a District Court judge. Something I wouldn’t want on my resume. She thinks she can do what she wants. But unlike our conservative and manipulative Supreme Court Judges, she’s a lowly Federal District Court judge. The FBI will appeal to the Circuit Court of Appeals, which is a panel of three judges. If the Appeal, for some godforsaken reason fails, then the FBI can ask for an En Banc panel requesting all the sitting judges on that Circuit to hear their Appeal. I don’t think it will go that far. But if it does, our side will win.

The moral of the story is: THE DEMOCRATS IN THE SENATE NEED TO FOCUS ON CONFIRMING Federal Judges LIKE THERE’S NO TOMORROW! And, President Biden needs to crank up his nominating machine! Every seat they fill prevents an absolute jerk like Judge Aileen Cannon from getting on the bench! Let’s hope they start focusing like a laser beam!
