We need those voters to turn out again! And more.

Pete Buttigieg has called overseas voters “the bluest of the blue” while the US military is one of the most diverse institutions in society.* We need to do major GOTV work with both groups.

Both groups under-participate in elections: The turnout rates of military families stationed away from home and US citizens living abroad are much lower than that of the general population. Ma ny people are simply not aware of their voting rights when they are working, studying or serving outside their official home for voting.

This is a large and diverse group of eligible voters and they are effectively disenfranchised by lack of outreach.

The number of non-voters is in the millions .**
