Greetings Friends! It is Saturday again! We have made it through another week and Story Time has returned! I pre-ordered a copy of Patricia Brigg’s Soul Taken, back in July when amazon was offering it for half off… So that Mom had it on release day… and then On release day I spent one of our carefully hoarded audible credits to get a copy for myself.
I will do my best not to give away any spoilers, because I know there are some of you who will want to read it for yourselves.
What I can tell you is that there are Mysteries that are solved, New Mysteries for us to solve. There are enemies who become allies, and former “allies” who become enemies, not to mention a double fist full of story threads that lead off into the nebulous future of sequels. All in all its another fantastic read from a very wonderful author.
Another small point of interest, is that the audio version of this book is the first of the series to be produced by Lantern Audio, which as it happens is a small independent audio outfit in Decatur Georgia, not far from my home town :)
