New York State AFL-CIO Releases Results of New Poll on Gubernatorial Race [1]

Albany, NY – The New York State AFL-CIO commissioned a poll through Public Policy Polling on the upcoming gubernatorial election, which found incumbent Governor Kathy Hochul to be leading by 15 points. The poll of 510 likely voters was conducted from September 8th to September 9th.

Mario Cilento, President of the New York State AFL-CIO, said, “Our poll confirms what anyone paying attention already knows; Governor Hochul is delivering for hardworking New Yorkers, and the Governor is in a strong position for victory in November. That said, the Union Movement will take nothing for granted, and will do all we can to talk to our members and make sure they get to the polls to vote for Governor Hochul.”
