The problem is how do you get the S300/S400 missile operators to fire expensive missiles at inexpensive bait drones; additionally, how can you make decoys to protect the most expensive drones. Small inexpensive drones don’t have enough of a radar signature to make the missile control operators notice them. The answer is to use a radar reflector; just like sailboats use to increase their radar signature. The reflectors are very light and thus allow small drones to carry them into the air.

The operation would consist of attaching a radar reflector to a small inexpensive drone then fly the drone at maximum distance in a racetrack pattern. If suddenly the there is an explosion and the cheap drone is blown up, you win.
