Delaney

I lost my best friend yesterday. My companion and my co-pilot. Delaney was just over 13 years old. I’ve had her since September of 2009 and other than me spending a few nights in the hospital over the years due to diabetes complications, we spent every day and night together. She was loyal, sweet, funny and protective. My heart is broken at the moment and I’m going to miss her dearly.

Thanks to all who who read this short diary.
