White House Secret Documents Security Is Fundamentally Flawed / Inadequate [1]

No one else has posted a diary on the subject so I guess it is up to me.

My phone feed included this Washington Post story,

Blah, blah, blah, for a couple of pages without ever noticing the elephant in the secrecy room…
There was no chain of custody and accounting for the whereabouts of secrecy documents of any level of secrecy within the White House.
NONE
(Other diaries have been posted about what is entailed for normal people, like you and me, for handling documents marked “Secret” or higher.)
I have been coming to this conclusion over days of reading every article about this situation, but without ever directly saying so, the WP story clinches it.
NO OVERSIGHT OF SECRET DOCUMENTS in the White House.
In any Administration, within the White House there are people with various levels of secrecy clearance, including none at all. There is nothing in anything I have read to indicate the Trump Administration was significantly out of line with other Administrations regarding the handling of Secret documents than previous administrations. WTF?
What the hell!?!!! No person is above the law and all that…
Chain of custody, written down, signed for, kept track of is basic to security. There apparently was none. And in the Trump White House it was known that Trump was not paying attention to Secrecy Laws and requirements.
SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND NO ONE WAS
What documents Trump had should have been been known with exactitude at all times.
All indications are that it was not.
And if items were known to be missing, why has it taken two years to track them down?
