I have a question for you experts. Most of these questions involve the use of Top Secret evidence.

1. Can Merrick Garland go to a grand jury and indict the former guy? Or does it have to be some secret panel of judges who have clearance to look at Top Secret documents?

2. If MG can obtain an indictment can he just send the FBI over to arrest TFG or not?

3. If TFG gets arrested can he get out on bail? He looks like a flight risk to me.

4. If there is a trial, would it be in front of a jury that includes Trumpistas or would it be a panel of judges with cleanance.
