Police: Man killed himself after ramming US Capitol barrier [1]

Reports starting to come in of a man who just crashed his car into a barrier at the U.S. Capitol, started firing a gun randomly at nothing from the burning car, and then killed himself.

No word yet on whether he was a MAGA adherent, but it would not be surprising.

Between this and the attack last week on the FBI office in Cincinnati, federal law enforcement folks have to be very worried. These two attacks were by apparent idiots (the Cincinnati attacker tried to attack the entire FBI building alone, thinking he could breach bulletproof glass with his nail gun). I have to imagine law enforcement is concerned about people who are (while still insane) thinking more clearly about more effective ways to commit violence for whatever twisted beliefs they support.
