How did he know about TFG back in 1965?

For those who are saying WTF, I’m referring to Like a Rolling Stone from 1965’s Highway 61 Revisited.

To answer my own question, Bob knew about TFG back in 1965 because we have been afflicted by such vermin since forever. If we’re lucky we can get rid of this one, but they’ll keep coming back.
