Florida's House Bill 5, An absurd/stupid Roe v. Wade replacement Bill
This bill is a slap in the faces of girls and young women. What they decide is between them and their medical consultant or provider. Not you Governor DeSantis, not people in the House, not people in the Senate, not people in Congress. Not your choice.
I'm opposed to House Bill 5. Will your next bill remove a female's right to vote?
This bill is just another example of politicians interfering with the private choices that should only be made between a female patient and her healthcare medical provider. Abortion should always be safe, legal, and accessible to any female who needs or wants it. The decision to end a pregnancy is very personal.
Definitely NOT a decision by a governor, government, a court, a judge, or people in Congress. Earth's population is exploding. 70 percent of Americans are for the female's right to choose her own course.
DeSantis: Your House Bill 5 would be imposing 16, or more years (s) of a none Court sentencing of a female to working difficulties, and scheduling choices. To force her into a child-caring position of extreme personal cost and financial responsibility, an undefinable burden during a woman's coming years. You defy the United States Constitution's 14th Amendment to a woman's reproductive rights.
DeSantis, you choose, you pass your bill, then you must personally pay for a woman's pain and costs of your forcing birthing upon her. You are imposing (only) your opinion, your own viewpoint. The lifetime cost of raising a child born in 2022 is estimated at $272,049. Plus, if the female cannot work, pay her an additional, minimum wage, of $15. /Hour or plus $2,628,000. Disallowing her United States Constitutional of the United States Right of choice? Maybe, maybe not. But a right protecting a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion without Government restriction, without a man's-imposed view is NOT yours to make.
A male human has no such restrictions or similar responsibilities imposed upon him. He is unique in this respect as a female is unique in hers.
A female has a right to her opinion, to choose. As you have a right to your opinion. You have NO right beyond that. Anyone, deciding for her, is wrong. You or I have no right to decide her choice or her fate! This extreme legislation doesn't respect a woman's decision. What to remove from a male, his choices, for such a cruel punishment as you impose on a girl or a young woman? What is your say if you found yourself pregnant?

Dictionary: Life begins when breathing begins. An obvious truism of all species, the hatching of an egg or at the happening of live birth: The period between birth and the present time. The period from the present until death. For humans, 24-27 weeks is an approximate point at which a fetus, a growth within a woman's body, becomes 'viable': that is, capable of surviving outside of the female's womb. Science and studies agree at 23 weeks, life likely will be defective or likely not survive. At 24 to 27 weeks, sustaining life outside the womb is possible, due to science, mankind's own research, humans' medical education, talents, and given self-awareness. It is spoken "A life saved could be that of a future President. Yes, OR a future Terrorist, a future Rapist, a future Mass Killer, a future Thief, a future ‘Wordy Liar' or other like a wrong person. Which one is most likely? What is your say if you found yourself pregnant?
DeSantis: Reject this absurd [Inconsistent with reason, logic, or common sense] abortion ban. Do not change this existing accepted practice: Roe vs Wade, of a woman's right to choose. Maybe an error, a mistake, or simply incorrect. Perhaps a wander from a direct course. A successful ruling decision was effective for many years, supported by 70% of Americans. A woman has the right to choose. A right to vote. Reject any efforts to remove a woman's reproductive right. Her right to choose. OR remove your right, a man's right, of choice, or any other right of any person in Florida or anywhere in this country.
Rules are good when addressing the well-being, health, safety, or good of a people's majority. Rules apply to companies as they are a collective group of people, from managers to employees. Companies do not do evil deeds. People do bad things. Companies are made up of people. People in companies do bad things. Find the company. Sure. Such becomes public knowledge. Punish the person ordering the bad deed. Absolutely! Punish employees, aiding associates, or involved persons personally? Yes. The same applies to Governors that waste their time signing bad legislation that goes against the grain or majority. It simply is not right for States not to be united in the United States.
A different rule/law is imposed simply by crossing a border, upon females. No. Does this bring to mind: Make each State a country? Since the late 1700s, citizens are all members of the United States.
Support, and research a ‘Whistle Blower' legitimacy, and their accusations. Respect their reporting. It is not a ‘crime' to ‘blow a whistle. Hiding the truth is.
DeSantis: Surely you have more pressing matters to spend your time with; Like getting along with your fellow members of Congress, working together for the good of the people in your State of Florida, or in this United States. When Congress is in session, work together, and get good things done, together. You work for the American people, all the people. Don't quibble about budgets or spending guesses. Things passed for the good of many people are the right thing to do. Budgets are simply estimates of a future expense. Adjustable, modifiable, and researchable, as time passes or when new information becomes available. In private life, one should not live beyond one's means. Applies to Countries' Governments, or Businesses.
Our Earth's greatest challenge is us, humans, ourselves: Overpopulation: Eight billion people in 2022. Rising to 11 to 16 billion in later years. Today, five billion, 5,000,000, live on less than US$3.21 per day. No abortion rights? You are kidding.
Climate change caused by human influence is bad. Humans are harvesting our world's resources at an alarming rate. When our resources are gone, they are gone. When oil and gas resources are low, countries will hoard them for themselves. Will we be back to wars, then?
We have problems living together. People of Earth have this one Earth. No spare, No backup plan, No other world. We have to get along with each other, all together. No exception. The United Nations has failed in its directives. Think Taliban in Afghanistan. Think Putin in Russia. The United Nations must step, help when natives mass exodus their country — Step in, fix/eliminate the source causing the exodus.
Putin’s invasion of Ukraine: Forced a mass exodus of natives. Destruction of homes, roads, and everything else too. Life lost cannot be recovered. Unfortunately. Create an UN-Ukraine Bank’ to redirect and collect all monies flowing into Russia. Siphon a percentage off the top, use that to Ukraine to rebuild, repair their country. Put a price on Putin’s head. Restrict him to Russia. Countries' borders are defined. The days of ‘taking’ country or land possessions have passed.
The Florida Legislature must reject Bill HB 5/SB 146. Treat women fairly. All women, equally to males. Respect their choices. Abortion is a choice for them alone. The woman with her doctor or healthcare provider.
A male, any male, all males, any woman, all women, all are equal. Do not punish a woman because her choice is not your choice. She is your equal. You are not her superior. You have no authority to choose for her. Just as she has no authority over your choice.
As a male, you have no equal female ‘condition' to, or by law, restrict you. Do not restrict her for her one difference from you. What is, will be, your say, finding yourself pregnant?
She can reject (can she?) sex with you. But many of the male gender, a gender drive, forcibly having sex with a female, however punishable by existing laws. Really? Such action often results in the pregnancy of a female. Your action with force is a crime severely punishable by law. The male knows better. Do better teaching. No excuse. None.
