I think the Liquid Gravity West Coast IPA is my favorite right now, despite being the most expensive beer I buy regularly. It’s filtered, it has a ton of hops for aroma, flavor, and even old-fashioned bitterness, and those hops are Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. “Needs more Simcoe” was a running joke at the homebrew club but this beer might have enough.
