PA Vote By Mail Upheld by State Supremes [1]

Attorney General & Dem nominee for PA Governor, Josh Shapiro, and Senate nominee, Lt. Gov John Fetterman.
Poor poor PA Republicans, who were FOR no-excuse mail-in voting before they were against it, yesterday lost their court challenge to have the law they themselves passed in 2019 overturned by the state courts in a 5-2 decision upholding the law.
Wait what? Who does that? Pass a law and then inexplicably try to overturn the law they passed? Seems kinda familiar… almost like a party that voted FOR a bill to fund health care for veterans and first responders overwhelmingly, only to filibuster it a month later, only to support it another week later.
These clowns don’t know what they want, and they certainly should not be at the levers of power anymore. As soon as their dear leader (twice-impeached, two-time-popular-vote-losing, disgraced, one-term former president) started a strategy of smearing the integrity of voting by mail, suddenly the GOP wasn’t so grand anymore, and wanted to undo what they already did.
Anyway, vote-by-mail in PA is not yet fully safeguarded, as the Republicans have taken yet another track to try to get the US Supremes to intervene, and that case is still unfolding. Hold onto your hats folks, this isn’t a done deal yet.
