Kind of disturbing seeing him "putting his Pardon to good use." -- The Oathkeepers always protect "their own."

Making the offer on behalf of “the Boss” — Matt Gaetz.
Making the offer to key Trump conman and backroom dealer — Roger Stone.
With respect to charges (obstruction, lying to FBI, witness tampering) — that Stone was found GUILTY of, back in November 2019 ...
[...] "The boss still has a very favorable view of you," Gaetz told Stone, according to The Post. Gaetz stressed that Trump had "said it directly." He also added, "I don't think the big guy can let you go down for this." [...] "Since there are many, many recording devices around right now, I do not feel in a position to speak freely about the work I've already done on that subject," Gaetz said. Trump in July 2020 commuted Stone's sentence , which he said was "unjust." [...] A hot mic caught Rep. Matt Gaetz reassuring Roger Stone that the 'boss' would grant him clemency and he won't go to jail: report www.businessinsider.com — July 30, 2022

This hot mic recording should leave LEO at the FBI/DOJ, with more than a few questions:
How did Matt Gaetz (a congressman) score the “Pardon Concierge” gig — in the Executive branch? Who else was pressured and/or cajoled with similar offers of “Executive intervention” in the midst of their legal woes? Why was this ‘don’ for The Donald NOT able to score, such a life-long Pardon for himself, that he so desperately sought, as “The Bossman” retreated to Mar-O-Lago, in disgrace?

You probably have a few questions of your own.
Something seems mighty fishy here. Probably illegal too.
Myanmar-loving General Flynn, who pleaded GUILTY to all his charges — also received a “Full Pardon” … from the man insurrectionist, who would be king.
Coincidence? I think not.

Just hanging out with “the Gang” — what could possibly go wrong.

Here is another story on this topic, that was posted, as the WaPo story broke:

You can listen to the recording here on the Washington Post Twitter page.
