Is there a Hawai`i voters' guide anywhere? [1]

Greetings from the 50th state...

I have recently moved to Hawai`i. I registered to vote, and received my ballot. (It’s all vote by mail here, apparently.)

HI has an open primary, and is so blue the primary is probably more important than the general election. I’m so new I don’t know anything about the candidates. I tried searching for voter’s guides, but the ones I’ve found only have had information on how to vote, not whom to vote for.

The only thing I’ve heard about a candidate is from a friend who says don’t vote for Vicky Cayetano, because she’s a bad neighbor, lol.

So...who should I vote for?
